What’s Coming Up?

The Real Food Challenge:  In the upcoming semester, the Real Food Challenge will be looking for students to conduct audits in the dining hall, analyze results, crunch calculations, evaluate food invoices, and advocate for the cause!  Follow them at https://www.facebook.com/groups/525882690767356/ to stay up to date or contact Piper Martz.

Recycling: Keep an eye out for new recycling signage around campus.  The Recycling Committee is looking to clarify their information and take on a new look!  Also, make sure to support the growing efforts of the group by attending Plenary in the spring and helping pass a resolution for the name change from Recycling Committee to Green Ambassadors.  Remember-when in doubt, recycle it!

Environmental Justice League: Environmental Justice League is working on an “uncustomary guide” for incoming first year students.  They hope to expose new students to information about our campus that is not always provided during customs week and have them consider the environment in which we live from the very beginning of their college experience.
